A dedicated husband and father, Greg brings empathy and insight to his work, understanding the unique challenges his clients face. Ericka brings her creative passion and dedication to OCFO, with over a decade of leadership experience as a Praise and Worship Director. As a wife of 26 years and mother of three, she has a deep commitment to family and community. A graduate of Douglas High School and Langston University, Ericka also runs With Flare Creations, crafting unique wood and glass designs. Her drive to empower others aligns with OCFO’s mission to foster growth and resilience among BIPOC entrepreneurs.
For Erick, the kitchen has always been a place of joy, creativity, and connection. Cooking isn’t just his passion; it’s his way of bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.
